Verified reviewI'd recommend Vertu Ford Stoke to a friend because I had absolutely great service and communication from Nathan from the start of contact to driving the vehicle away and then still contact afterwards which is very unusual I needed to exchange the vehicle within the 2 week trial period nothing wrong with the vehicle just not the right one for me personally..contacted Nathan expecting there could be problems but not a bit he couldn't have made it any easier.. Nathan was very professional and friendly which made the whole experience pain free ..I can't speak any more highly about my experience everybody I met and was introduced to were very friendly and literally nothing was to much trouble..I would definitely recommend ford Stoke to everybody..
