Verified reviewWe were dealt with by Paul at the Knaresborough dealership, along with some communication with Sophie and both were incredibly helpful. Paul deserves a special thanks just for his patience alone, as we were dealing with finance from another lender etc. We were made to feel welcome! I had a couple of phone check-ins from Paul, and one more from another staff member, all have been quick and polite. I had an issue with the car, and though the closest Vertu Vauxhall for me was an hour away, it was made as easy as possible for me. Many thanks and we absolutely recommend Vertu Vauxhall Knaresborough (as well as the one in Keighley!)
