When we got the car, the car wasn't washed properly. The petrol put in was not the amount I paid for. I didn't even get an apology. Just that that it was too late nothing can be done now.

I dealt with Danielle, very nice lady, friendly, polite, explains things very well, went through everything for me, im not the easiest of customers but she literally did everything in her power to get me the best deal I was looking for. I've dealt with Vertu Citroen Burton before with my previous car, I did that with Tom & Molly, also 2 great sales people. I know some people think car sales people are just after a sales but at Vertu Citroen Burton they actually do go that extra mile to help you. This is the 2nd time dealing with them, im sure not my last, but one of the easiest and friendly dealerships to work with in having a new car.

Saw the car, loved it, Vertu made the purchase easy despite the distance they are from where we live. We felt valued and it didn't matter thanks to their service with videos etc that we hadn't seen the car before we had it delivered to our door.
