Verified reviewMy experience at Vertu Ford Shirley was memorable because as a woman who went there knowing what she wanted, no-one tried to patronise me or push me towards a different choice. I was listened to, and the salesman had a great "can do" attitude, which made it a really positive experience. The test drive was great as we went on real roads, rather than in a car park or retail development. My questions were answered really well, and I felt that the salesman' had gone "above and beyond" for me.
