Verified reviewThe staff were brilliant the dealership is welcoming the route to purchase is a little long winded as sales staff seem to disappear for far to long when numbers are being discussed which is quite annoying. I do feel that at handover the customer should be able to see the car before the final paperwork is completed such as it is if theres an issue its to late as happened to us we ended up having to return the Prius because certain features were not on the car as expected. We still brought a CHR but it ended up costing us more money and the hassle of the DVLA de registration etc. All things considered we would reccommend Vertu Toyota Rotherham because they did endeavour to sort things out when things went a little wrong.
