Verified reviewBlake our salesman was brilliant. He never forced a sale on us and let us take our time to look at the vehicle we were interested in and let me and my wife take an extended test drive. Blake took his time to explain all the features of the car and finance packages and post purchase options aswell. We were interested in the car we came to look at but the professionalism of Blake and the very fair offer that he gave us for our existing car and the car we looked at really drove our decision to buy the car on the day and not look at any other cars on site or elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Vertu Shirley to friends and family.

Verified reviewIn what I suspect was a far from a normal transaction in the purchasing of a vehicle given the extenuating challenges of both distance (4000 miles) and time (being in a different time zone) I found Ash and Team extremely professional and accommodating. From initial enquiry to completing the sale was quick and efficient. Ash was also extremely accommodating in facilitating my nuanced requests given my unique circumstances (I had a lot of questions.....) and the overall experience turned out to be relatively seamless and painless. Overall, based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend the dealership as they were easy to engage with and seemingly willing to go the extra distance to enable and facilitate a good customer experience (certainly in my case) I'm sure all the sales staff are all just as helpful, but I would commend Ash for his help and support.
