The staff at the dealership listened to our needs, gave solid advice about what car models would suit and which to avoid, they worked through the different financing options in a very calm non-pushy way. Honestly I feel like they understood what we needed and advised us on how to get it. Subsequently family members are now looking into this specific dealership for how easy they made it for us. My one complaint, the login process was a tad confusing and the car disappeared even though we'd reserved it and info seemed to change. However I would not count that against the dealership as the staff were just amazing, and the website doesn't seem to matter for the purchasing process. Experience with Vertu (sans a small website issue) is honestly 10/10.
