Verified reviewFrom the moment we spotted a car online at Vertu Hyundai Nottingham and made contact with the central sales team, right through to driving away from the showroom, we were made to feel that what we wanted truly mattered and our business was genuinely valued. All the staff we dealt with were excellent but I’d especially like to mention our sales executive, Michael Quainoo. His friendly, professional manner stood out from the start. He took the time to send us a personalised video of the car, explained everything clearly and adopted a completely no-pressure sales approach — it really was first class. When we arrived the next day to collect the car, we were warmly greeted by David, who looks after the garage forecourts. He gave us a friendly and personable welcome, took time to chat with us and even made sure we had drinks before meeting with Michael. Those small touches really made us feel special. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. A BIG 5 stars from us — highly recommended! PS - We really love the i20 as well!! :-)
