I wanted a used Nissan Juke (ex courtesy car) with low mileage. William explained what was in stock. These ranged in age, mileage, & price. I looked at 3 Jukes & ended up test driving a Grey 25 plate ex courtesy car (manual). It has some great features & specifications. William's sales technique was 5 star. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very patient & not pushy at all. Explained finance options, extra options, & the controls of the car in a timely, friendly & professional way. It was a great experience. William is a credit to Vertu & in particular, the Northampton branch. Many thanks.
