It was a very quick turn around for the vehicle to be delivered from another branch to the Edinburgh branch for me to pick it up. Going through the finance approval process was also quick and straightforward This level of customer service made the whole process very efficient from start to finish.

Verified reviewThe car I bought from Vertu lived up to and excelled my expectations. The car looks nice, it's very nice to drive, it's petrol consumption is economical and I was happy with the price. It was delivered to me as arranged with no delay. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. All my questions were answered well. During the first week after delivery, the headlights were steaming up a bit due to heavy rain fall. I was able to have the headlights looked at by Vertu's service department very quickly. Thankfully there wasn't a problem with the headlights and now the weathers better they don't steam up. All in all the worry of buying a car turned out to be a good experience with Vertu.
