The salesman was very professional, approachable, and quick to respond to all our questions in a clear manner. The car was presented in excellent condition, and great value for the age/mileage. Whilst we had an issue with the car a few days later, the Vertu service dept were very quick to get it booked into a local garage to be resolved under their 3 month warranty.

Vertu Kia Nottingham were very helpful. We were shown courtesy throughout by Jordan who dealt with us. The car was immaculate. He chased the original owner for the package tray and sorted out a new manual for us. They even came to do a service on the car when we'd had it for a few weeks and valeted it. Really helpful and friendly throughout.
