Verified reviewI was happy with the service overall, felt like I was in good hands with Marlon, don't have anything negative to say, the only comment I'd probably make is it would have been nice to have some kind of discount or something when paying in full and cash as opposed to via finance but I appreciate that that isn't in Marlon's hands so as I said, overall, happy with the service, glad they had the car I was looking for and would recommend.

Any possible stresses involved with purchasing a vehicle were taken out of the equation by Vertu and in particular Mike. Mike was personable, honest and extremely helpful throughout. At no time did I feel pressured to take out any packages and everything was discussed from a logical viewpoint which allowed me to decide what I needed and didn't. I took the 3 year warranty plan for piece of mind and the one question I had regarding the vehicle after the sale, Mike was able to offer a solution. All in all, a fantastic, hassle free experience and a big thank you to Mike who is a credit to Vertu Bolton.

The whole process was smooth and efficient and I had my car within a week. I felt really looked after, even after the purchase, when the car needed the sensors readjusted, they quickly arranged everything and even had the car delivered back to my house.
