Right from the off Abi greeted us, even though she was in the middle of something else, made us feel really welcome and valued and spent so much time ensuring we had a great car at a great price with every extra we wanted. There was no pushy sales, she was just a natural, friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful sales advisor.
