Verified reviewThe staff at Vertu Škoda Nottingham were great. Rehan welcomed us from the moment we walked in, helped us find the right model to suit our family and then searched online for used cars within our price range. Within a week we had picked up the new car and traded in our old one. He was a real super star, answered all my questions and I always felt he was honest with me. We were inside the showroom and it was raining heavily and I said 'oh I forgot to check it had the locking wheel nut key' he said 'you wait there', he ran out in the rain, found it and held it up through the showroom window to show me it was there. Would definitely recommend both Skoda Vertu and the service from Rehan and the team. I could also see signs Rehan was well supported by his colleagues who were helping him sort the admin in the background so he could spend time with me answering my questions. Not just great cars, but a great customer service.
