Verified reviewCar purchase was exactly what I wanted. However, once keys were handed over felt like the salesperson couldn't get away quick enough!! Once home went over the car and the valet person obviously couldn't be bothered that day as opened the dash, centre console etc and definitely hadn't been hoovered. Needed to clean these myself. Slightly disappointed in this as previous experiences had been much better.

I expected the car when I picked it up to be spotless but the windows were dirty, the drivers carpet was dirty, what should have been a happy experience, was tarnished by a lack of pride, I am aware the garage had 5 or 6 cars being collected by customers that day, sadly quality assurance suffered on this occasion. Up to collecting the car, the garage and especially Charmaine had been excellent 👍
