He took the true 'customer-first' approach, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. Even though the car I chose had to be transported down from Scotland, Callum kept me updated throughout the entire wait. The turnaround was incredibly impressive—I picked out the car on Friday and was driving it home by Wednesday. If this is the standard Vertu Motors sets, I couldn’t recommend them enough
