However, because I found a great deal advertised on their website, I decided to go ahead with the purchase.When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the experience completely changed for the better. Michael, the salesperson handling the delivery, was fantastic. He explained everything in great detail and walked me through the service plans without ever being pushy. Because of his excellent approach, I decided to purchase a service plan.When I shared my initial negative feedback, Michael immediately apologised. Shortly after, the Sales Manager also came over to personally apologise. They explained that the employee I originally dealt with had since left the company and had unfortunately acted unprofessionally during his final days.Throughout the entire delivery process, my family and I felt incredibly welcomed. Thank you to Michael and the manager for turning things around and providing excellent customer service.
