Verified reviewMy experience at Vertu Jaecoo Burton was extremely positive because from the initial call with Danielle, to a follow up call, visiting the site, purchasing, handover and follow up, everything has been extremely smooth and well explained. Danielle was very personable from the first interaction, taking the time to understand our situation and was very accommodating to our situation too. She showed incredible patience when discussing optional extras as some of these needed more detailed explanations, just because we weren't familiar with them. I believe she went above and beyond to make a great purchasing experience and we left incredibly happy and satisfied that this purchase was the right one and whilst location is the only limiting factor that may prevent us dealing with this particular dealership in the future, if it wasn't for this, we'd be happy to return and engage with Vertu Jaecoo Burton once more.

He went above and beyond by sharing both the BMW AIR service history and the BMW Approved Used (AUC) inspection report, along with their comprehensive vehicle checklist. This level of transparency was greatly appreciated and gave us real peace of mind when buying the car remotely. Ashley Armstrong, who handled the sale, was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, guiding us seamlessly through the entire process right up to handover. On collection day, she made us feel very welcome and even thoughtfully provided us each with a snack box for the drive home — a lovely personal touch. Both Chris and Ashley are a credit to Vertu BMW Sunderland. The whole team made what can sometimes be a daunting process feel straightforward and reassuring. Excellent customer service from start to finish — highly recommended!

Verified reviewMy experience at Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh East was excellent, and that was largely thanks to Roger. From the very first conversation when I placed a deposit on the car, he was calm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Roger took the time to find out when I would be arriving by train from Chesterfield and made sure I knew the easiest way to reach the dealership. When I arrived, he greeted me personally and immediately put me at ease. Despite the fact that I had already purchased the car and required no finance, there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell on any of the additional products and services that dealerships often promote. Instead, the entire experience felt relaxed, genuine, and customer-focused. In fact, buying the car felt more like dealing with someone I had known for years rather than someone I had only just met. At one point, Roger even had to remind me that we still needed to go and look at the car! Roger is a real credit to both the dealership and Hyundai, and his professionalism and customer-focused approach should not go unnoticed. If you're considering buying a car from Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh East, I would highly recommend seeking him out. This is genuinely the first time I have been impressed by a car salesperson. If only all salespeople approached customers in the same way. Roger made me feel valued as a person rather than just another sales target. Hopefully Roger gets to read this.
