Verified reviewIt doesn't connect to the phone, there is no voice prompt and no ding noises. It does not come with sufficient cable and no extention cable either. Total waste of money.

Good afternoon many thanks for taking the time to leave a review and apologies that you are having difficulties with this camera. I know that we have tried to resolve the issue with regards to a longer power cable for the camera but was unaware of you having any issue connecting to the camera, please contact our tech support and hopefully they can get you up and running in no time. We would like to have the opportunity to help you get this resolved but should you not be happy with the camera, please return the units to us and we will process a refund for you. Good morning Many thanks for your reply. I can only apologies if there has been a mix up here, but I can see that we have records of your transaction for the camera and the subsequent order for the extension cable. Can I arrange for one of our Tech guys to ring you to see if we can get you set up? Kind regards Stuart

Verified reviewdealing with UltraSecure is fine but the standard of the product has fallen .It could be that this product is now produced by a different manufacturer and there is no quality control. I say this as the unit I have just purchased sounds like a cat being strangled .

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review and provide your feedback. The units are still from the same manufacturer but there have been some component parts changed to improve the product and longevity of use. The tones have changed from the original receiver but hopefully there is a beep, or melody that will be ok, but failing that, please return the unit and we can investigate and compare etc Alternatively, if you are not entirely happy, if you would like to return this receiver, we can look at replacing it with the Triangle receiver (slightly different sounding) version for you. Hope this helps kind regards Stuart

Verified reviewI purchased a BT Wireless Door Alarm & Internal Siren (battery powered) for an outbuilding. The system arrived very quickly and was set up ready to install. The door is about 25m from the house and the siren and the remote control are in the house. It is a very good system for a reasonable price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple to install door alarm.
