Verified reviewThe package was shipped by LTL shipping....a small package that could easily and cheaply be shipped by postal service. It's been three weeks, the carrier says delivered but the package is lost. I wish I'd gone with a different manufacturer.

Verified reviewThe products are great, the service not. It took over a month to receive my order. I received an update that the courier had damaged my parcel. They knew I hadn’t received the parcel, but insisted they wait to receive it back from the courier before they would replace it. When the parcel was returned to Peugeot I received a confused email asking why it had been returned to them, when it the records had been checked, they would have known. The customer service is poor from a delivery perspective. They need to learn from their mistakes.

Verified reviewThe site is awesome - no issues ordering and super fast delivery! Having said that I am super happy with the pepper grinder (I bought a set) but the salt mill not so much- despite being filled with course salt it keeps falling out the bottom - the top is tight so not sure why this is, but it’s a little messy !

Dear Janet, Thank you so much for your detailed review, it was great to read what we are doing well and what we need to improve on. Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the salt mill, the salt, if filled with the correct salt - rock salt, not sea salt - shouldn't be falling out, so please do contact our customer service team to get a replacement. You can contact them here: https://uk.peugeot-saveurs.com/en/contact/ Thanks again for supporting our brand. Peugeot Saveurs UK

Hi there- I would like to return the salt mill- do I need to send it back with the pepper mill also? ( I have the original packaging) also - just an FYI- the mill came with coarse salt inside which fell out - I refilled it with coarse salt - same thing- also the mill does not grind the salt - just comes out coarse and mostly falls out

Hi Janet, That doesn't sound right. Please contact customer service on the link I gave you and they should be able to arrange a replacement. All the best Peugeot Saveurs UK

Thank you for this but I am having a problem with the link ( it won’t connect)- the only customer service contact I can pull up is in the USA?
Reply from Uk.peugeot-saveurs.com
Hi Janet, Sorry, you should use the US one, the one I sent was for the UK. There is also a telephone number to call on the page if easier. https://us.peugeot-saveurs.com/en_us/contact/ I hope you get it resolved soon. Peugeot Saveurs UK
