Verified reviewReceived the U Select salt and pepper mills. Love the Graphite color as it’s non glossey. Service was awesome. When tracking my order the transport company lost my package. Called them and customer service was so friendly and were on it right away. Resent my order and it was here in Montreal within days. We ordered 2 different sizes so we know when we grab one for cooking we know which one it is. Nice to dial in what size of grain you want. Sometimes you want a larger grain when cooking. They look awesome and do not leave grounds on our countertop. Very high quality and you are getting what you pay for. Will never need a replacement with these.

Verified reviewItem came let and without an email on the day saying that it would be out for delivery. Item was clearance but would have appreciated a note saying why/that the logo had been rubbed off. Item works fine, enjoying it, just would have appreciated more communication in shipping and on product description.

Regarding the logo, this should not be 'rubbed' off. Verified reviewI've bought a set of salt and pepper grinders plus the spices directly from Peugeot's website with a hope for all the items to arrive in the next upcoming 5 days. It was a delayed decision to get a present on time for the next upcoming weekend. After my order, I've reached out to Peugeot's customer service and kindly explained that I need this present shipped immediately in order for it to arrive on time. I must say, not only did all items arrive on time but I was kept updated with delivery tracking numbers and also received a nice email from the customer service ( even though it was automated, not sure) that they packed my order the next day and shipped it to the United Kingdom. Just wanted to say thank you and I will definitely use Peugeot's direct website rather than any 3rd party, like Amazon for example. Great product, great service- highly recommended!

Our orders do take 7-10 working days to arrive as they come from France, but we are confident that our delivery times have improved as well as our communication since that time. Verified reviewIf you are the kind of person who loves having good quality kitchen equipment you will love these! I bought the larger size classic paris collection in chocolate and natural…..great to not have to fill up constantly because they are bigger. Such a great grind and really satisfying to use. I know this brand lasts as have had them in the past ( they didn’t break I wanted larger!)
