Verified reviewCustomer service is appalling. I was sent the wrong item. About 7 emails/contact forms later I get a reply saying they don’t exchange products. No apology for sending the wrong item and no offer to pay for postage. And no clarification that the item I want is in stock. Appalling

Poor customer service team, tried automated chat, WhatsApp and returns portal but no one will get in touch to send a replacement, automated chat said I will have to reorder (paying for delivery again, despite them sending me the wrong product). I am happy to change my review once someone gets in touch.

Verified reviewOrdered a new trail running vest for my wife which was easy enough and seemed like it was a decent price. My only negative would be the lack of delivery information. I received an email saying it was in transit and that it had arrived in the UK but there was no information on how to locate where it actually was. Thankfully I was in the day the postman delivered it unexpectedly. Overall though I wouldn't be massively put off by this and would likely order from here again.

Verified reviewCouldn’t believe some of the price for boots I was reviewing. Ended up getting two pairs for the same price I was to pay for one. There are a number of bad reviewing on here, but I checked my sizes first and width is important and within a week I had my two pairs delivered without a problem.
