Verified reviewBought ‘refurbished’ shoes - show signs of having been tried on, and the box is not in perfect condition. Instead I received used and dirty shoes, including sand.

Verified reviewHaving ordered I then saw some less than favourable reviews, however I cannot fault the service. The walking boots i ordered got sent quickly and far less expensive than other retailers. I was impressed.

Verified reviewLast order came in promptly as expected. The bit that lacked was the incomplete description on one of the items (the backpack), which will ultimately lead to a partial return. Sizing has to be properly maintained and explained since correct fit is already hard to establish even without a digital interface. Please maintain every items size individually explained since sizing varries per manufacturer and model. Torso length compatibility matters most for backpacks.
