Verified review3/5 for trekkin. descriptions are sometimes incomplete or misleading. app is slow and the language always reverts to spanish. filtering is poor. navigation and search are slow. reviews are sometimes blocked. items are sometimes overpriced and not updated to the latest model. shipping fees are high.

Using the app, when i switch from any product page to my favorites section the App always reverts to Spanish and i constantly have to switch back to English.

Verified reviewOrdering and delivery were excellent but the fit is slightly too tight so I know the next size will be too big. Love the shoes but wished I didn't have to order on line as better to try them first. If I send them back then I am going to be penalised both ways on postage which isn't cheap. Probably will not buy on-line again for that reason.

Verified reviewI haven't had a bad experience with this company as such, but the delivery times are days out - I missed out on getting stuff for an event because of this - and the return fees are astronomical, it cost me close to £12 to return a pair of trainers that went to an address internally in the UK. I think very carefully now before ordering.

Your return costs are far more expensive than any other retailer.This is nothing to do with the environment, it is purely a money making scheme. I will never order from you again. AND WHERE IS MY REFUND? 5-10 working days to process a refund after receipt of return is disgraceful. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
