Verified reviewI purchased a pair of Craigshopper lightweight trousers. These arrived a week later, and cost £7 in shipping. They do not fit so I have tried to return them, and this is where the problems start. You cannot return an item without "buying" a returns label from Tradeinn/Trekkinn (at a staggering cost of £11.49!) rather than paying a standing courier charge at the post office. What then adds insult to injury here is you must own a printer to then print off this returns label. I… like many households… have not owned a printer for many years. When you then follow the help section to query this, it simply tells you to "go to a local library or somewhere with public printers" Are they kidding?! Its 2026, the world moved to scannable QR codes and 1D barcodes years ago! The other option is to contact customer services via a live chat option in "My Account" that simply does not exist. So in short for an item I bought an item for £33.99 and by the time I have it returned, I will have spent a whopping £18.48 extra in courier charges. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs and buy from a company with a fair and modern returns process, or just buy locally or from Vinted. It'll be cheaper in the long run. What a joke.

Verified reviewApp experience is a 3 star at best. Slow, semi-responsive, quirky, poor filtering, low availability and so-so stock. Product description sometimes lacking accuracy and wholeness. Order fullfillment, promptitude and packaging are all high standard altough not the highest. Would order again if app experience improves.

Verified reviewI ordered my trainers on 31/08/2026 and they didn’t arrive until 09/09/2026 which was 3 days past the estimated delivery date. When I checked on the website it showed the product available with delivery within 2 days, If I had been aware that they were coming all the way from Spain to the UK I would have chosen another seller. I wanted them for my holiday but arrived a day too late. I don’t think I’ll be using this seller again.
