On finding the site I was very pleased to see the selection of quality furniture and to find a TV unit which would hold my AVR as most have shelves too shallow.

Verified reviewI loved the look of the sink bowl on the website and I just had to order it. When it arrived we thought it was amazing and it was beyond my expectations. Feels strong and has a presence!. Quick delivered and good service overall. Is not yet installed as the bathroom is in the new extension been built at the moment.

Verified reviewThe look, feel and navigation of the site is good. The site presents upmarket, high quality and contemporary designed furniture. The quality aspect feels a little mis-leading/mis-representing given the experience we had! See below on product review

Verified reviewI assume this review won’t make it to public viewing. Wait 3 months and receive a very poorly made and damaged Media unit. Very practiced return email 1. Money off next purchase - what the heck??? 2. Smaller amount of money off to accept 10% 3. Return it for full refund Obviously we went for option 3. but a complete faff waiting in unpacking, making complaint, repackaging. Just would have been nice for someone to not add wood filler (badly) and then stain it to cover repair, right on the front! This was NOT a damage in transit issue as they maintained in communications. Nit a sustainable or green approach that we were looking for 🤷🏻♀️

Thank you for your review. Please note we do not hide any reviews, I am not sure why you would think this. I am very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service provided and the unit received. We offered our full range of options, which also include a replacement unit. As our units are handmade and we try not to waste wood where possible, there can be wood filled used in some places. We agree that filler used on your product was too much and as such deemed as a fault and we offered compensation for this. However there was also transport damage as the unit was chipped and scuffed in a way that is not part of the manufacturing process. Both are faults and both are disappointing for us. I am sorry you that neither of the options offered to you were acceptable. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team

Verified reviewI like the website, the order was easy and the product was great. The delivery wasn't ideal, the two bedside tables came several days apart, but it wasn't the end of the world.
