On finding the site I was very pleased to see the selection of quality furniture and to find a TV unit which would hold my AVR as most have shelves too shallow.

Verified reviewAfter a 3 month wait we received the TV cabinet which would have been perfect except for the poor finish on the item and the unhelpful customeservice and a 4 month wait for a replacement

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you were not happy with the finish on the product. Please be advised that our units are handmade and finished and can sometimes come with faults. In this situation you were offered money off the item, a replacement or a return for a full refund. Although the new units are in production so the delivery time is on the long side, you are more than welcome to keep the original unit in the meantime as we would not want you to be without a TV stand. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team

We are hopeful that the replacement item will be finished correctly and will use the existing unit until then

Verified reviewOrdered a mirror for around £70. When it arrived it had been damaged with large chips taken out of the wood. The most they would offer in compensation was 20% an amount I consider insufficient. Delivery took a long time.

Thank you for your review We are sorry your order arrived damaged and the offers of compensation were not suitable. We always look to offer a replacement where possible or a collection for a full refund. Sadly as we are based in France it can happen that items are damaged in transit and this is also very disappointing for us. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team

Verified reviewI had originally ordered a vanity unit that was too big for my bathroom. I was super impressed by the efficient and prompt response to return the product. It all went very smoothly and was dealt with quickly. You kept in touch with me and I received a full refund within a couple of weeks. Thankfully I was able to buy another one from you that fits the space and has transformed my bathroom. Thank you so much as I had no cause to worry and you did exactly what you said you would. I’m over the moon with it and mighty impressed with the company. Thank you again
