On finding the site I was very pleased to see the selection of quality furniture and to find a TV unit which would hold my AVR as most have shelves too shallow.

Verified reviewI love the cabinet, but the delivery drivers accidentally damaged our wall and door. I didn’t think it was serious enough to file a complaint, but he did try to get me to sign it off as if no damage had been done, which felt a bit sneaky since I had already pointed it out.

Verified reviewThe quality of the items are excellent, well built and rustic. Very worthwhile in that regard. Unfortunately the delivery couriers couldn’t be less interested in customer service, which is not good when paying the premium for room delivery/quality checking. However the items arrive well packaged and on time so a good product with a poor third party service.

Verified reviewProduct arrived damaged. So question on quality control. Offered an exchange with another 6 week wait Orr a tiny discount which equated to less than the discount being offered site wide for hopefully perfect goods.
