Verified reviewI was asked to review this and wasn't sure I should because I am not having the best of times with Tikamoon and have started to question the quality of their products and how effective their Customer Service actually is. I am now awaiting delivery of my third sink which started when a concrete sink I bought one year ago fell apart. As I was unable to work with the Tikamoon warranty process which is, they will only replace faulty goods when they receive it back, and then replace it with another. So to avoid this crap and all the plumber costs that would be involved here I purchased another sink which was a lot more expensive and I assumed would be better quality than the concrete one and after many emails and deliberation Tikamoon offered 50 pounds to cover the additional plumbers costs. I asked them to cover the delivery charges also seeing that I had spent a lot more money and they refused. Anyway this new sink arrives and its actually quite badly cracked and so again more phone calls and I await its replacement and despite telling them that I am going away they still ship it. So replacement on its way and nobody will be here to take delivery and seems to me nobody at Tikamoon listens to customers. Had thought about buying products from them for a renovation we are working on but thats not going to happen now.

The item has now been delivered and I arranged for a nieghbour to take delivery. It will not be checked over until I return next month.

Verified reviewLovely sturdy vanity. Wooden slats are a bit lighter than the photo and the main body of the unit. But this works well in our colour scheme. Customer service was very responsive when I asked questions prior to ordering. However dropping a star because the info I received was wrong. I asked about the depth of the lip as wanted to add a more durable top. It’s 1cm not 1.75 cm. Important as this means my only option is tiles and hard to source a slap of this thickness.

Verified reviewLouise vanity unit delivered with smashed top delivered 3 times in a row , still waiting for the 4th due sometime in September. Bjs deliveries transporting the creates upside down and no one seems to care . Told by Tikamoon if it arrives smashed on the 4th occasion they won’t send another !? Meanwhile we have no sinks or worktop in our bathroom , can’t tile or finish plumbing .. unbelievably unprofessional. We are willing to have a top made but tikamoon wont cover the cost . What can we do ? We have had an Emily vanity unit delivered with no problems. Nice quality products but not really willing to solve situations out of the customers control .

Verified reviewTwo clothes rails with the shelves, perfect for what I wanted and very sturdy, good quality for the price. I feel like they’ll last for a very long time. One of the shelves had come apart in transit but it was an easy fix. More information on how it would be packed and shipped would have been useful as I live in a remote place where all freight comes in on a small passenger boat. The packages were quite a lot bigger and heavier than I was expecting although to be fair I might have been able to get that info if I’d tried. Delivery because of this was very slow and a bit problematic but communication with the delivery company was pretty good. They’d never delivered anything to this area before so it was a big curveball coming here! Would I use again? I definitely would as lovely products but I’d be aware of the timescale and I’d get delivery to somewhere else then sort the last bit myself.

Verified reviewVery poor. Waited for ages for the specialist very expensive item to be delivered, and it arrived damaged. Customer service since then was very poor and I had to wait another age for the replacement. Extremely unhappy, would avoid it and spend a small fortune elsewhere.

Verified reviewThey do not deliver to first floor, delivery team stating its to heavy for a two person team. sideboard left in garage with all packaging. My two daughters and friends helped me get it the sideboard into the first floor sitting room, not the paid for delivery team.

Verified reviewThe ordering process is good as is communication and the furniture is beautiful ( albeit with some scratches caused by delivery) . The two man delivery was absolutely abysmal, the item was heavy and the two man team literally cartwheeled my item along the pavement. ( this caused internal damage as the shelf’s were thrown around the inside of the cabinet. They then unpacked the item in the front garden so as to lighten there load and lost some shelf supports in the process. I felt pressured to accept the delivery to their dispatcher. I will be writing a complaint with photos. But I would still buy again as this is my second purchase from Tikamoon and the items are beautiful.
