Review Summary
Therm-ic is often praised for products that feel easy to use in real life, with warm socks, gloves and batteries that keep feet dry and comfortable. Some customers also mention quick delivery and clear communication, while a few had to manage Bluetooth pairing or read the instructions more carefully than expected.

Too slow with delivery. Ordered August 8 and still haven't received the item and it is August 20. According to tracking, it is due to arrive on August 24. For an expensive item, this should be express post.

Verified reviewThe delivery of the ordered product was fast. Unfortunately I had the ask for a size exchange. Customer service was really prompt, next day I had the necessary document for return. Return by post service took one week and the delivery of the new size was very fast, just one day.

Verified reviewThey work well heat wise but are definitely a bulky ski glove. I though that they were a thin work glove but have to take them off to work with knives and pens.

Verified reviewA big thank you to therm-ic for having available and despatching so swiftly the boot liner charger and the cable for my 2016/207 Salomon Pro ski boots which I have misplaced. The new charger is even USB compatible :-)

Verified reviewThe Therm-ic website was fine and it was easy to place an order. My order was dealt with quickly and efficiently and arrived within 4 or 5 days, as promised. Everything was well packaged and arrived in good condition. The website keeps inviting me to register to receive their newsletter, even though I have already registered to do so, this is a bit annoying.
