Review collected by a third partyMy go to supplier for shipping crates. The crates I wanted were out of stock but I had allowed time and Raja kept me informed of when they would be available and actually delivered ahead of time.

Review collected by a third partyGood service except for a hole in the bag of Loose Fill, when the lorry moved I had to go out and pick it up as it was blowing around the car park. I know these things happen.

Review collected by a third partyI am a small business and have been purchasing my packaging from Rajapak for many years and they have never failed to deliver. If I have had a query and called them they are always courteous and nothing is ever a problem .Can't recommend highly enough.

Review collected by a third partyI ordered a numbers of boxes and realised as soon as they arrived I have mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I called to ask for advise about whether I could have a refund on the boxes I hadn't opened. I was told I could and I paid for the boxes and packaging to be returned. I have now recieved a credit note not refund despite being told I would I would get a refund. This has taken up an awful lot of my time hassling for the cost of the return boxes, hassling for the refund. I am throughly dissapointed with the service.

Review collected by a third partyGood company to deal with - availability is always good and delivery is always prompt. If I had one gripe, its that Raja aren't always the cheapest, but I guess that's reflected in the service. Would recommend
