Review collected by a third partyI contacted Raja through their online chat to check how many of a certain product they had in stock. They confirmed they had 10 packs of 12. I placed my order with no problems. When the order arrived, there were only 5 packs in the parcel. I had not received any communication from Raja that their stock was incorrect on their system and my order would be short. I had to contact THEM to find out what had happened to my order. This is where my frustration lies and why my score is so low. If they had made me aware of the shortage before I received the order, my score would have been higher.

Foot prints on the boxes plus one piece of metal in an open box which should have had a complete frame. DX continue to let RAJA UK down with shoddy deliveries

Review collected by a third partyI chose Raja as I have colleagues who work there and chose to give Raja a try for our business. The last order was short of product but credit was offered. There is somewhat lengthy delay in customer services response (2 or 3 days), which I hope improves.

Review collected by a third partyGave 5 star as delivered extremely quickly, excellent products at best prices, only issue I had was when I created a business account it said I would get 10% off my first order and I didn't, but couldn't lower my review as the product is still 5 star
