To receive a notification that a delivery will be made between 08:00-18:00 with no live tracking is simply not acceptable in 2024 - not all the order was delivered and 1 box contained not packaging material but plastic flower pots? You need to change to DPD they do everything your current company do not

Review collected by a third partyDelivery - if it can be called that - was a TOTAL disaster. I'm pretty sure I pointed out courier deliveries CANNOT be made to s PO Box and gave alternative instructions with the order. There followed a nightmare sequence of failed communications with DX. You must have your reasons for using them, but it is easier to contact HMRC than them!

The product arrived as per their email, was packaged securely and the product arrived undamaged!?!
