Review collected by a third partyI Have ordered pallet wrap pack of 6 rolls. Extended Cardboard Core Black Blown Stretch Film, 30% Recycled, 25 Micron, 500mm x 200m, Pack of 6 (Price is pack of 6 on website and I have ordered 6 I should receive 36 but received only 6 single. I have been charged £121.74 excluding VAT. One roll cost me £20.29 where you can buy this roll on amazon £5 - £6 maximum. When i contacted customer service they ask me to retune the parcel on my own cost and there will be 30% deduction to restore the product back in warehouse. Very disappointed with their service and misleading description of the products on website.

Review collected by a third partyOne Star deducted because of poor Courier Service. Delivery firm failed to deliver on time and (wrongly) claimed consignee was unavailable.
