Review Summary

Rajapack is often described as quick and efficient, with delivery that arrives fast and boxes that are generally seen as good quality. A few customers, however, mention damaged boxes, late deliveries, and packaging that can arrive torn or crushed in transit.

Reviews also point to useful supplies for packing machines, magnetic boxes, polythene bags, and bubblewrap, with some customers praising the convenience and the well-packaged orders. Price is the main recurring complaint, with postage and pricing described as expensive or inconsistent, and one customer also wanted clearer assembly instructions. One return was reported as unanswered, and another customer complained about unwanted mail.

Order did not arrive next day as advertised and advised on order. I cancelled the order after two days and stopped the delivery. Although the company fully agreed that they messed up it has taken a few days for a credit note to be issued and l am still awaiting the refund! Very friendly customer service and to be fair a great selection of packaging material. But you should not have to wait for a refund when the company itself messed up very disappointing as l thought l had found a company we could work with.
