Verified reviewThe delivery was only successful at the third attempt, following several phone calls to the various delivery companies involved! To my mind there too many subcontractors involved that were hard to get hold of.

To clarify, we work with one dedicated delivery partner who covers most of mainland UK. In cases where addresses are further afield, third-party couriers may be used. According to the tracking information for your order, delivery was attempted on two previous occasions. However, I have not located the contact with us you mentioned in our system.
