I have been unable to locate any previous correspondence on our system relating to this issue. While I appreciate that we were unable to fulfil your order in full due to limited stock availability, I would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss your concerns with you further. Under normal circumstances, we would request that our Quality Management team review the quality of any remaining stock upon receipt of such feedback.
