Verified reviewIt was my fault that I had ordered the wrong product code and it had already left the warehouse when I called to change it but RAJA were very obliging in sending the correct order out and we could get to return the wrong one. Only problem was the delivery was attempted at 6 and most businesses only work until 5 pm.

Verified reviewrecently purchased magnetic gift boxes from Raja and I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. The quality of the boxes is excellent — sturdy, well-finished, and exactly what I needed for my products. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. Their customer service was also very helpful and professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be purchasing from Raja again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable packaging solutions.

Verified reviewPacked too tightly with nylon band which cuts into first and last box rendering them unusable. Separate cardboard should be added to protect or put in two more boxes.

Verified reviewUnfortunately the service was not good. We have waited three weeks for a matter to be resolved which in todays business climate is unacceptable and shows little regard for your customer base.

Verified reviewThe items purchased were obviously out of stock at the time and a terrible delay in receiving ensued.
