Review Summary

Rajapack is often described as quick and efficient, with delivery that arrives fast and boxes that are generally seen as good quality. A few customers, however, mention damaged boxes, late deliveries, and packaging that can arrive torn or crushed in transit.

Reviews also point to useful supplies for packing machines, magnetic boxes, polythene bags, and bubblewrap, with some customers praising the convenience and the well-packaged orders. Price is the main recurring complaint, with postage and pricing described as expensive or inconsistent, and one customer also wanted clearer assembly instructions. One return was reported as unanswered, and another customer complained about unwanted mail.

“I’ve used other companies as well, but the quality of the packaging and the care taken in packing and sending the parcel were outstanding. Everything arrived perfectly protected, and the overall presentation was excellent. Products are high quality too.

Double wall boxes have deteriorated in quality and not much stronger than single wall boxes. Will not buy again.

I had difficulty ordering on line (separating invoice and delivery addresses) but was helped by a very able person when I rang the company. After that all plain sailing and I received my order in record time. Happy Customer

Products are fine. Service is fine. Prices are fine. Delivery service is garbage. We've complained about DX Express on numerous occasions. They generally take 3 attempts to deliver, usually claiming they tried to gain access after 7pm.
