Verified reviewI could not be more UNHAPPY and frustrated for the worse ever customer service experience and for the rubbish quality product received which is clearly from a non compliance country that send any rubbish to European Countries. The chair was received by parts, following a week feom another part to arrive. When checking the box, opened already, damaged covers, wobbly, unsafe to use. I am now disputing tgis awful product and trying to get my money back through the bank and this is really a fraudulent company.

Verified review⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience with Quirumed. I ordered an electric massage table, but instead received a damaged adapter plug. The problem has been extremely difficult to resolve, and the customer service process has been frustrating and time-consuming. I expected much better service from a professional supplier. I have spent far too much time trying to get this issue resolved instead of receiving the product I actually ordered. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Quirumed. Don’t waste your time and money.

Verified reviewAppalling service, Avoid dealing with this company especially if you are ordering goods from outside of Spain. Hidden transit and shipping charges to UK, impossible to speak to anyone in person by phone , emails are not responded to by Quirumed. Fed Ex your link for transit in UK are also a nightmare to deal with, communications poor to non existent both via email and by telephone. Misrepresentation of total costs in Quirumed website catalogue. I think I have been overcharged for shipping, would someone at Quirumed get back to me if you read this Review.

Verified reviewThis is the only site where we could find a very narrow wheelchair suitable for use in a caravan. Some reviews around delivery were poor but we decided to risk it. So pleased we did. It arrived within 4 days of purchase and it is a very well made wheelchair. The measurements were accurate and has made a stay in the caravan possible.

Verified reviewI received my chair at the end of June. I followed the instructions and put it together. There is a clear fault with the product. I have been dealing with customer service, have provided them with photos of the fault and on 6th August I was given instructions supposedly from the manufacturer to solve the problem. This has not solved the problem and I have a useless chair and have had no refund of the money I have paid for a defective product. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU BUY THIS CHAIR!!

yes but you priced the items in pounds and at no point did shipping say international. Poor

I contacted customer service and they have not been replying to my messages or keeping me updated. They promised a refund would be in my account and I still havent received this. Very disappointing as I am opening a salon and need this asap.
