Verified reviewI was not aware when I purchased the chair that I will have to pay £400 for the delivery . An email was sent about that only after the chair was dispatched. Of course the box was damaged and the leather of the char was scratched

To confirm Quirumed is based in Valencia spain, and you can see this information shown on our homepage if you scroll down. Delivery from Valencia Spain to the UK is around 6-8 days and for these orders we don´t charge VAT on the orders and the price on the website will show excluding VAT. For these orders the tax is paid as customs taxes to the transport agency which is approximately 20-25% of the total you pay to us. Fedex the transport agency will send you an invoice by email during or after transit in order to pay this online with them. Verified reviewAfter keeping me waiting for over 10 days, for an order that was clearly stated to be delivered within 5-7 working days, I was informed the product is out of stock and it’s not going to be in stock till June. Don’t trust delivery timeline on their website

I cannot begin to say how happy I am with my new chair, I love it (her). Nice sturdy product, though extremely light. Great fit for me, very nimble spins on a sixpence. Great indoors and out.
