What do Internet users think about pyrex.co.uk ?

Pyrex is often described as practical and reliable, with customers praising fast delivery, easy ordering, and good customer service when something arrived damaged or broken. Several reviews also mention dishes and lids that fit well, are easy to clean, and are useful for cooking, freezing, storing, and air fryer use. There is some frustration too, especially with high postage costs, a missing item in one order, and a few delays or delivery issues. Some customers also note that dimensions on the website can be unclear, and one replacement jug arrived with a slightly more angular design than expected. Pyrex gathers mostly positive reviews with 1428 reviews published in total and an average rating of 4.4 stars.

Great products despatched quickly and super fit for existing glass storage containers. Only criticism would be the excessively large delivery box and plastic packaging within which was unnecessary for the small contents .

Always used Pyrex for cooking. Have 4x 6” dishes with no tops. I ordered 4 x6” tops, but when they arrived they were the metric equivalent and didn’t fir properly.

Far far far too expensive when replacing old lids on my glass container. The postage was an extra £5 for plastic lids ! Wasteful packaging too. Overall the product is good but selling lids for &35 is a joke. I could have purchased a new set for little more. I was being environmentally friendly but you took advantage.

Bowls and jugs arrived with marks and fine scratches . Tried to complain but the e-mail kept being returned. I expected better quality by ordering direct from Pyrex!

My goods arrived well packaged and in good time. However there was an issue with the advertised sizing of one of the items and I have contacted Pyrex but 12 days later, I am still waiting for a reply.

Pyrex sent to items out that were damaged and still wanted to charge me to return them, they also did not offer to replace them. I am disgusted that pyrex would even send out something in this condition in the first place. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY PYREX AGAIN.
