Verified reviewMy items still haven't arrived. I've emailed Pyrex twice with no response to date. There's no telephone number for their customer service either. Right now, I'm out of pocket and feeling let down by a brand I thought I could trust.

Verified reviewI would give 0 stars if this was possible. A few of my items arrived damaged, so I contacted Pyrex customer services on 2 occasions (over 1 month ago) but I've had no reply. Terrible company with a poor customer service. I will need to contact the credit card company for a refund.
