What do Internet users think about pyrex.co.uk ?

Pyrex is often described as practical and reliable, with customers praising fast delivery, easy ordering, and good customer service when something arrived damaged or broken. Several reviews also mention dishes and lids that fit well, are easy to clean, and are useful for cooking, freezing, storing, and air fryer use. There is some frustration too, especially with high postage costs, a missing item in one order, and a few delays or delivery issues. Some customers also note that dimensions on the website can be unclear, and one replacement jug arrived with a slightly more angular design than expected. Pyrex gathers mostly positive reviews with 1438 reviews published in total and an average rating of 4.4 stars.

No I wouldn’t. Your customer service is so bad you did not have a decency to reply to my emails. I have tried four times to complain about my lids and nobody got back to me.

oh dear, your records will show that the larger dish arrived total smashed. No wrapping like bubble wrao was used. I reported the damage to your French office who wanted photos which I supplied. They have confirmed a new one is being delivered tomorrow. sadly by the previous courier DHL. I just hope they take better cae of the new one than last.

I like being able to watch the food cooking, or check that a batter is thoroughly mixed. It works well combining cooking modes in a microwave.

Using site was ok, nothing confusing there...its your products that I have a qualm about..the big dish is perfect, suits my needs perfectly. The other 2 are a scandal!!! Feels like a scam....I ordered what I believed was a dish big enough to use for microwave eggs but what I got are two tiny containers that holds hardly anything...maybe an egg 🥚 I paid almost £10 per each but I may just throw them away
