It was very frustrating to reach out and then after all I received an email saying that they tried to contact me back but I couldn’t find any information from them! Still waiting for response from them.

Verified reviewOrdered a replacement lid thought it was a casserole lid. It wasn't it was a plastic lid time in a massive box no wonder it costs 6 pounds delivery so we sent it back. It cost another 6 pounds to return it. Send an email and early got one reply said a done an attachment?No reply not happy.

Verified reviewNo I would absolutely NOT recommend Pyrex to anyone. I placed a big order, spent over £80, 2 of my dishes arrived damaged. I have contacted Pyrex via email as this is the only way of contacting them and they are yet to respond with a resolution. I have since tried emailing them another 4 times to no avail. Disgusting way to treat their customers. I guess my damaged dishes aren’t going to ever get replaced and they do this on purpose so you eventually get that fed up you leave it and just go away. I will never buy Pyrex products ever again after this. Disgraceful company!!!
