Verified reviewI received broken products and my wife injured her hand whilst trying to open the package. Despite of several attempts to contact pyrex for a return/refund, i havent received my refund or return instructions. Buying process is easy, delivery and packaging is 0/10 and the customer service is even worse. Never again!

Verified reviewVery quick delivery. However it was grossly over-packaged. It was just 3 plastic lids & they were attached to a large piece of cardboard with loads of cling film & then put into a huge cardboard box, 80% empty!!!! Think of the carbon footprint!

Verified reviewImmediately in use, how did we manage without them, lovely to be plastic free - perhaps in the future an alternative to the silicone style removable edge on lid will be available - but we feel it's a positive step forward and lifetimes investment. two sizes bought we have the 3rd larger one on our wishlist now! prompt delivery, one size delivered totally plastic free and super well packed the other had an element of plastic packing which due to being bonded to cardboard neither aspects could be recycled, disappointing, won't remove a star as the product itself is excellent by Pyrex, i think take a look at your mixed approach to packing?
