Verified reviewGisteren besteld, vandaag geleverd. Het moest vanuit Frankrijk komen en alleen het verzenden kostte bijna 15 euro, maar het cadeautje werd de volgende dag bezorgd, dus echt helemaal top!

Verified reviewI love Pylones: they have such unique items and there's always something new to catch your eye. They are a little bit expensive for some things, and very well priced for others, so it is easy to accidentally wipe out your entire salary in one shop!

Verified reviewI was surprised the parcel was coming from France. It was difficult to track as the info was not available. The glasses case and packing bags were for a present and they loved them.

Verified reviewI did not received any product it was sent back by the custom to your company, im trying to contact pylones buy there was no reply and trying to send in contacts in platform but it was showing, I was blocked, im not sure how to arrange this issue to sent it again or to cancel the purchase to atleast return my balance and order again
Reply from Pylones.com
Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration caused by this customs issue. After reviewing your case, our customer service team has resolved the matter: Your order was returned to us due to customs regulations in your country, which limit the number of items that can be imported in a single shipment. This was not a restriction imposed by Pylones, but rather a legal requirement of your local customs authority. We’re happy to confirm that all your products have now been successfully delivered!
