Chrinopost is causing a delivery issue. Shipping my order to Leeds instead of London Heathrow… and then asking for more money for customs?! (Bags from France need more fees?!?!) and then returning it to sender… a joke Three weeks and still no goods…

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delivery issues. Since 2020 and the implementation of Brexit, shipments from France to the UK are subject to customs fees, which are beyond our control. We understand how frustrating this additional step can be. Regarding your order, we’re happy to confirm that our customer service team has already resolved this issue by sending you a replacement package free of charge after the courier’s error. We’re delighted that you’ve finally received your products! If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re always here to help. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Bought the same kettle in Feb 24, it stopped working in March 25. Asked customer service where I could get it repaired, twice, no response so I bought a new one. Lets hope it lasts longer than a year, or is this a sales stragedy?

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve reviewed your case and can confirm that our customer service team did respond to your repair request with a solution. However, you mentioned that you had already disposed of the kettle and purchased a new one before receiving our response. If you’d still like us to assist with any other matter or if there’s anything else we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
