Review Summary
Polti comes across as easy to choose and straightforward to use, with simple website navigation, clear information and a smooth ordering flow. Several customers also describe the products as light, quiet and easy to empty, while one review says a steamer cut cleaning time in half and another praises the iron and the good battery range.

Verified reviewGreat iron . Have always had Tefal but this is a superb generator. Only issue I have is after only four months use, the cork is coming off the handle which I did not expect being so new.

Verified reviewPurchasing my cordless Polti vacuum cleaner was easy. As I already owned a Polti steam cleaner, I knew it would be a quality product

Verified reviewFantastic value for money, but the power is not there. I was going to send it back but couldn’t be bothered with the Faf . I would not be purchasing one of these again. 🙁

Verified reviewPolti sell great products. It is such a shame, on this occasion I was unable to register my warranty on the website despite inputting all the information required. Tried calling Polti Customer Service multiple times, always get a voicemail saying they will call back - they have not. Tried emailing them - no response. Evebtually got a response to a review on Trustpilot giving me the same telephone number and email I had already tried.

Verified reviewI bought this to replace my larger machine when it broke. I needed a lighter weight one as I am now over 70 and found the other one heavy to be taking upstairs. Whilst the new machine is adequate I mis the power of the older one.

Verified reviewLove Polti steamers! They are the best ! Taken a while to get used to this one as a slightly different model than I have had previously. Use all over house and floor including mirrors and rugs

Verified reviewThe site was so easy to use plus the payment was without problems. I'm 73 and have had and used many many hoovers but this one is by far the best. It's lightweight, simple to use, easily emptied and the battery lasts forever. I would strongly recommend this Polti hoover. I am blessed in buying this item.

Verified reviewGreat little machine. Easy to operate and clean. needs emptying quite frequently. Charge lasts for quite a few cleaning operations. We are currently on our second machine and would buy another one.
