Review Summary

Polti comes across as easy to choose and straightforward to use, with simple website navigation, clear information and a smooth ordering flow. Several customers also describe the products as light, quiet and easy to empty, while one review says a steamer cut cleaning time in half and another praises the iron and the good battery range.

Delivery is often described as fast, timely and efficient, with order updates and quick dispatch adding to the experience. A few buyers mention problems with registration, including repeated failed attempts and no answer by phone, and one customer was unhappy to receive a used model instead of a new one. Another review notes disappointment that a product was made in China and that the box was not packaged discreetly.

Delivery was excellent. This is or 2nd polti we got 20 years out of our 1st one. The connecting hose always twists during cleaning you have to stop and sort this out.

Item received in original pack but cartoon was in very bad shape looks like it is repacked stuff giving you feel like supplied returned item. Battery received with scratches as such someone tried to fit improperly leading to scratches. I was expecting replacement but was Told that this is happening when they inspect or test item. Not convinced.

Ordered the wrong unit initially and wanted to buy a different model. Polti accepted the return without any fuss and once the warehouse had confirmed the unit was back, refund was credited.
